Pricing & guarantee

Coaches set their own rate per session length. That rate is what the coach receives in full, because Elovolve does not take a cut out of it. On top of the coach rate you pay one service fee for using the platform: €1.49 plus 5% of the coach rate, and an extra 5% on the part of the rate above €17.50.

VAT applies to the service fee only, never to the coach rate, and is calculated at the rate of the country you select at checkout. Outside the EU no VAT is added. The checkout shows the coach rate, the service fee and any VAT separately before you confirm.

When you pay, the money goes into escrow at Elovolve. The coach does not receive anything at that moment. After the session you get 24 hours to confirm it went well. Once you confirm, or once the 24 hours pass without a report, the amount is released to the coach's balance.

That is the guarantee: no coach gets paid for a session that never happened or was reported during the confirmation window.

Plans change. You and your coach can propose a new time from inside the session chat, and both sides have to agree. If a session is cancelled before it takes place, the payment is refunded to the card or bank account you paid with.

If your coach does not show up, or the session was not what was agreed, open a report from the session chat within the 24-hour window. Our team reviews both sides, looks at the chat and any evidence, and decides whether the money is refunded to you or released to the coach.

Released funds land in the coach's Elovolve balance. Coaches withdraw whenever they want through Stripe, to their own bank account. Payouts are made in euro; if a session was paid in another currency it is converted at withdrawal.

Never pay a coach outside Elovolve. Off-platform payments are not protected by escrow, cannot be refunded by us, and are grounds for removing a coach from the marketplace.
